Westchase TV mounting.

TV wall mounting in Westchase, Citrus Park, Town 'n' Country, Oldsmar. Same-day install across the 33626/33635 area. Flat-rate from $99. 100% level guarantee.
Westchase is one of our biggest service areas. Big planned community, lots of new homes, lots of TVs going up — both new buyers and long-term residents redoing their living rooms. We're there 3-4 days a week minimum.
Most Westchase homes are 1990s-2010s production builds: concrete-block exterior with stucco, wood-stud interior with 1/2" drywall. Predictable. Easy to mount on. The only complication is the back-of-house furring strip on exterior walls — that creates a 3/4" cavity which is awkward for in-wall wire concealment. We have a workaround for it.
Westchase HOA is one of the more active in Tampa Bay — we get asked about HOA rules a lot. Good news: TV mounting is interior work, no HOA approval needed. Outdoor TVs on lanais are allowed but the bracket should be anchored to the home, not to detached lanai posts. We always do it that way anyway.

What we know
about Westchase walls.
- CBS exterior + furring strip. Almost every Westchase home has concrete block exterior walls with 3/4" furring + drywall inside. Mount points on these walls go through to the block — strong, but cable cavity is thin. We use side-routing for in-wall wires.
- Production-builder framing. D.R. Horton, Lennar, Pulte — we know each builder's stud spacing. 16" on center for most, 24" for some 2010+ Lennar builds. Saves us minutes on stud finding.
- Lanai screens. Westchase lanais are typically aluminum-frame screen enclosures attached to the back wall. Outdoor TV mounts go onto the back wall (not the screen frame), period.
- Open-floor-plan acoustics. Westchase homes are big open spaces — sound bounces. If you're mounting a 75"+ TV, we strongly recommend mounting a soundbar at the same time — we add it for just $25 if you bring the soundbar (vs $59 standalone).
- HOA-friendly install. Indoor mounts: no HOA issues. Outdoor lanai mounts: also fine in Westchase HOA — just keep the cabling tidy and not visible from the street, which we do anyway.
- Bay Park / Lakefront homes. If you're on a lakefront in Westchase, occasional condensation/humidity creeps onto exterior walls. We use moisture-resistant CL3 cable for any in-wall runs near exterior walls.
