K-Bar Ranch and Live Oak Preserve are the newest builds (2015+) — D.R. Horton, Lennar, ICI Homes — all with builder-installed cable conduit, which means free in-wall wire concealment if you're in a newer home. - New Tampa CDD areas. Most New Tampa is in CDD (Community Development District) — no impact on TV mounting, but utility runs are CDD-managed if we ever need to involve electrician.
