TV mounting in St. Petersburg.
Downtown to Snell Isle.
St. Pete's flat-rate TV mounting service. Downtown condos, Snell Isle, Old Northeast, Beach Drive towers. Same-day install. Bridge-to-Bridge service. From $99.
St. Petersburg has its own TV-mounting market — different from Tampa, with different walls, different building types, different aesthetics. We cross the Howard Frankland or the Gandy Bridge multiple times a week to serve St. Pete because the demand is real and the local installer market is underserved.
St. Pete housing is dramatically more diverse than Tampa: 1920s Mediterranean Revival mansions in Old Northeast and Snell Isle (real plaster, ornate trim, careful work required), 1950s-60s mid-century ranches through Crescent Lake and Allendale (concrete block, simple), and 2010s-2020s downtown high-rise condos (concrete shear walls, requires masonry technique). We do all three.
Downtown St. Pete in particular has exploded — One St Petersburg, ICON Central, Bezu, the Saltaire — all luxury high-rises with concrete walls and HOA management offices that demand certificate of insurance. We have the COI ready and have mounted in every major tower downtown.

What we know
about St. Petersburg walls.
- Downtown high-rise concrete. One St Pete, ICON, Bezu, Saltaire, 400 Beach Drive — all concrete shear walls. Masonry drilling required, COI to building management before arrival.
- Old Northeast plaster. 1920s Mediterranean Revival homes. Real plaster, ornate baseboards, hand-painted tile floors — we treat these with extreme care. Plaster patch kit always on truck.
- Snell Isle Salvador-style. Many Snell Isle homes have Spanish-style stucco-over-tile walls. Different anchoring than drywall — we use sleeve anchors into the underlying CMU.
- Coffee Pot Bayou waterfront. Direct salt-air exposure on water-side walls. Stainless hardware mandatory for any exterior installs here.
- Bridge transit time. Howard Frankland adds 25-30 min from Tampa base. Gandy is 15-20 min. We schedule St. Pete jobs in clusters to amortize bridge time. Same flat-rate, no upcharge.
- Pinellas Point sinkhole zone. Some Pinellas Point homes have known sinkhole-related foundation issues. No impact on indoor TV mounting (interior wood-stud walls are fine), but worth verbal disclosure if exterior wall mount.
- Beach Drive luxury condos. Concierge buildings — we follow check-in protocol, drop-cloth in elevators, COI to management. Standard practice for $1M+ condos.
