South Tampa housing is split between three eras: 1920s-30s bungalows in Old Hyde Park (real plaster walls, narrow studs, quirky framing), 1950s-60s ranches through Palma Ceia and Bayshore Gardens (concrete block exterior, wood-stud interior), and 2000s-2020s new construction high-rises and modern infill (steel framing, fire-rated drywall, often a service chase for cables). We mount on all three.
