Brandon's our second-busiest area after South Tampa. Bigger lots, bigger TVs, more outdoor lanai requests. Lots of newer homes with builder lanais already under cover — perfect for outdoor TV setups. We're east of Tampa 3-4 days a week.

Brandon, Valrico, Bloomingdale, and Seffner are mostly 1980s-2010s suburban homes — concrete block exterior, wood-stud interior, predictable framing. The 2010+ builds in Bloomingdale Trails and the Valrico new-construction subdivisions are Lennar/D.R. Horton/M/I — we know their stud layouts.

Brandon homes have one thing South Tampa doesn't: space for big projection rooms. We mount a lot of 85" and 98" TVs out here for media rooms — and we're set up for the lift assist (oversize TVs need 2 techs minimum). For TVs over 75", a 2nd tech is +$100 — or free if you're happy to help us with the lift moment.

What we know
about Brandon walls.

  • Oversize home theater rooms. Brandon homes are 2,500-4,500 sqft. Lots of dedicated media rooms. We mount 85"-98" TVs out here regularly. We bring 2 techs for safe handling of large TVs.
  • New construction lanais. Most Brandon new builds (post-2015) come with covered lanais ready for outdoor TV. The lanai roof is usually attached with hurricane straps — we anchor into the strap line.

  • Lithia rural addresses. Some Lithia/Fish Hawk addresses are rural. We're fine getting out there but please confirm gate codes / driveway access ahead of time. Same flat-rate.
  • Older Brandon homes (pre-1990). Some 1970s ranch homes have textured ceilings (popcorn or knockdown) that get dust-disturbed during installs. We tarp the floor area below all installs.
  • FishHawk HOA. One of the few HOAs in the area with a strict outdoor TV rule — only on lanais visible from the back, not from the street. We always comply.

Yes, 3-4 days a week minimum. We're not a Tampa-only service that says "we serve Brandon" but never actually shows up. We're there constantly.
Are you really same-day for Brandon?

Can you do really big TVs (85"+)?
