1. Acceptance of Terms
By using bayshoretvtampa.com or hiring Bayshore TV Mounts for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
Bayshore TV Mounts provides residential and commercial TV wall mounting services in Tampa Bay, including: standard TV mounting, wire concealment, above-fireplace installation, brick/stone mounting, outdoor/lanai installation, soundbar mounting, and TV setup assistance.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All prices listed on our website (e.g. $99 standard install) are flat-rate quotes for typical installations on standard interior walls. Final pricing may vary if:
- The wall requires specialty anchors (concrete-block, brick, stone, plaster) — confirmed before service starts
- Installation is above 8 feet or requires special equipment
- Additional services are requested on-site
- The wall has hidden obstructions discovered during install (rare)
We provide all-in pricing before starting any work. No surprises.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are typically same-day or next-day. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time by phone or text. Late cancellations (under 2 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a $50 trip fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the installation site
- Be present at the scheduled time (or have an authorized adult on-site)
- Have the TV and mounting bracket on-site (unless we're providing the bracket)
- Disclose any structural concerns about the wall
- Keep pets and small children safely away during drilling
6. Our Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee:
- 100% level installation — verified with professional digital level
- Anchored to manufacturer specifications
- Free repair if any installation issue is reported within 90 days
- Clean workspace after the job
7. Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not 100% satisfied with our work for any reason, contact us within 7 days. We'll either redo the install at no charge OR provide a full refund. Your choice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bayshore TV Mounts is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for:
- Damage to TVs, brackets, or other equipment caused by manufacturer defects
- Damage caused by pre-existing structural issues with walls (we'll always advise before drilling)
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of programs, settings, or recordings on the TV
9. Property Damage
If we accidentally damage your wall or property during installation due to our error, we will repair it or compensate you for repair at our cost.
10. Photo / Review Use
By default, we may take "after" photos of completed installations for our portfolio (no people, no identifying info). If you do not want photos of your install used, please let us know before service begins.
11. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. A receipt is provided for every transaction.
12. Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
